Chelsea uses her own heart and mind, decades of work as a business and management consultant with diverse individuals and industries, plus some intuition and deep listening, to customize and guide your unique process.
Chelsea earned her Master of Science Degree in Communication Studies from Portland State University, where she focused on Adult Education and Intercultural Communication. Chelsea was an adjunct professor and taught courses like: Communication and Race, Intercultural Communication, Public Speaking, Family Communication, and Workplace Communication.
Chelsea has coached 100s of individuals and facilitated 1000s of hours of meetings. She specializes in conflict management between individuals and the design of egalitarian performance management systems. Chelsea is a Certified Professional Coach.
Public service and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are values that Chelsea embodies. She is currently an elected official, serving as the Chair of the West Linn-Wilsonville School Board. She also co-founded the Wilsonville Alliance for Inclusive Community.
